Can i go for facials when i have eyelash extensions?

Definitely! Best not to do a facial within 48 hours of your extensions to help with retention but other than that, our facials won’t affect your lashes at all. You can even let our staff know if you would like us to clean your lashes with our lash shampoo and micro buds (as there is often build up of dead skin cells and dirt there)

I have fillers and botox done. Can i still go for facial treatments?

The two things that might affect fillers/ botox would be the facial massage included in our facials and also the radiofrequency treatment. 2 to 3 weeks should be the minimum time between your procedure and a facial treatment if the facial comes after the injectables. Simply inform the staff beforehand or input under remarks in your appointment booking so we can modify the massage to suit your situation (for example, avoiding the jaw area if the botox was done in that area). Other than that, our signature massage should complement the reasons why you had botox done!

Can I go out for events/ outings right after treatments?

Depending on your skin type, unless you have sensitive skin or acne skin with a great need for extractions, you should be able to head out immediately with no down time as we provide spf application at the end of the facial. However, we would advise against moderate to high intensity exercises or long exposure under the afternoon Sun. We do not recommend applying makeup after a facial (please read more in our $0.02) but we do provide dry shampoo in case you need some before heading out and also cute pimple patches when needed.

Will the extractions hurt?

Our gentle extraction techniques (namely, with manual tools/ AC peel/ gentle chemical exfoliants/ ultrasonic scrubber) can clean out your pores with minimal pain and discomfort. As everyone’s needs are different, please raise your concerns during consultation if you would like a real thorough extraction or a gentle one. Our therapists will always try our best at quick and thorough extractions with minimal discomfort.

How long can the eyebrow embroidery and lash lift last?

Depending on your skin type and hair growth, results may vary but results for eyebrow embroidery should be close to 2 years while eyelash perm should last for up to 1-2 months. Do not pluck off your scabs for eyebrow embroidery. let it flake off normally and try not to put on eyebrow makeup in healing process.

Can I wash my face normally after facials?

As there is a commute from our beauty space to your home, it will be best to still cleanse your skin when you get home. just not double cleanse unless it was in the day and sunblock was applied on your skin. Be cautious with using actives after a facial at home unless your skin is very used to their applications as certain facials might increase your skin’s sensitivity to certain (levels of) actives.

Are our facials safe for pregnant women?

For pregnant women, our facials can be customised to suit your needs of purifying and debloating without being invasive and using any machinery. Please do let us know if you are pregnant during consultation! The treatments for pregnant women are mostly done superficially and should not pose as any health hazards. Please refer to terms of service below if you suspect you have certain conditions that may not be suitable for such treatments.
